PRESSURE WASHING RATES BY JOB TYPE:

As a general rate for pressure washing, our company charges the following:
Residential Services
Houses
  • $100 - $300 flat price
  • $0.50 - $2.00 per linear foot.
  • $0.08 - $.18 per Sq. Ft.
Driveways & Sidewalks
  • $75 - $200 flat price
  • $.08 - $.15 per Sq.

We also offer low pressure house washing w/cleaner and light brushing which can
clean your house without forcing water into your siding, pricing may vary.

CONCRETE/BRICK - Driveways/ Sidewalks/ Pathways/Patios
(Starting at $55 though multi-service discounts definitely apply)

Commercial Services Parking Lots, Sidewalks & Drive-Thrus

  • Banks / Restaurant Drive-Thurs - $8 - $30 per lane.
  • Parking Lots, Garage Floors - $.03 - $.20 per Sq Ft.
  • Parking Spaces - $8 - $20 each

ROOFS...
We recommend you NOT have your roof pressure washed and will offer other options that provide the same results.

ROOF MOSS REMOVAL

All services include:
Hand Brush Moss Removal - Debris Clean Up - Debris Bagging for Disposal

NOTE: Roofing patterns & pitch differ greatly & roof access points and need for
safety equipment should always be assessed in person.
Because of this, we no longer offer internet pricing.
Free on-site estimates are the best choice.

We are always fair, honest, & work within your preferences or budget.

Minimum Moss Removal charge: $100.  If there is moss on most/all of the horizontal and vertical linings on your roof shingles. It will be more than the minimum price

Optional:
Detailed Roof Rinse with jet nozzle (great for Pre-Sale homes)
(Removes dirt from sweep & debris from between shingles & under roof fixtures)
Debris Haul Away
$20 min. up to 4 bags(30 gal/50 lb), $7 per additional bag

GUTTER CLEANING:

One Story= starting at $90, Two Story= starting at $100
Debris Haul Away Available ($5.00 per bag)

WINDOW CLEANING:

Ground floor windows (no ladder)- $4.00 per PANE interior and exterior,
Second floor windows (ladder)- $5.00 per PANE interior and exterior,
Exterior only windows= Ground floor and Second floor $2.00 - $4.00 per PANE.

Vacuum Tracks $2.00 per Sill/Track
We always wipe our water from your sills. This is common sense, not a chargeable “service”.

Construction Cleanup:
Stickers/ Paint removal: Prices vary, we would have to see the window to give an accurate estimate

Water Spots
$9.00 per pane side if entire window is affected. $6.00 if only on bottom pane/half (most common)- (biodegradable product used, window double washed)

Storm Windows
Removing and cleaning storm windows varies, the older storm windows tend to be heavier and might require additional procedures to remove safely. We would like to see storm windows personally to give an accurate estimate.

Light Fixtures Interior/Exterior:
Depending on size= starting at $5.00
